We wish to humbly apologize for the delay in issuing you with the PPO share certificate and we appreciate your patience.
At the moment we have started printing PPO certificates. The whole of COAST has been issued with the same with almost nil errors. We are now aggressively working on other regions and states with a deadline of 15thMarch 2015.
For the investors who had errors on their TIER 2 AND TIER 3 certificates, corrections started immediately the errors came to our attention . The process however is tedious and rigorous. It isn’t possible to immediately effect the correction when an investor raises an issue. The procedure demands for a tedious audit trail. We hired extra employees for the same purpose and all the issues must be resolved because the Board of directors shall issue ONLY ONE LETTER OF INDEMNITY to our registrars. The process has been tremendous and satisfactory judging from what it takes to do that. the company hired FOUR extra auditors for the same purpose and so long as you have been promised of such correction, it is just a matter of time before certificates are issued- unfortunately, not case by case but with one BATCH of corrections. This definitely might not sound pleasant to an investor who got confirmation of correction last year but we barely have 500 cases remaining.
An AGM meeting will be held around June to update investors on the PPO outcome and to advice on the way forward.

Been also been quick to know what's hhappening though the last i heard was that they are working on releasing share certificates on the 15th of march . Apart from that , I have heard nothing about what's going on on the ground .
