That is better for me as I am poised to be on the energy and PAC committee and use the money I get from parastatals like Kengen, GDC,KPLC to develop my constituency.This will make it difficult for my opponents to remove me from the seat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is excellent stuff. There is only one form of devolution accepted by the 2010 Katiba - and this is through the Gavana. You guys who fully supported the Katiba without reading the thing (including most MPs) can cry tears all you want.

sasa since this cdf thing was nearly synonymous with schools/public toilets, what will happen to all those projects.
at least I know of one primary school huko makindu that had been promised 3m for development.

Why are you celebrating? CDF was more effective mashinani most projects in my village are because of CDF.
