Hi,

Just going through Sasini Annual Report that was just sent through the post. I see they have revalued their land after 5 years at an additional Kshs 5.74bn.

In the effect is to push the NAV upto nearly 55/-. Will this have any impact on the share trading price?

Not quite...up-coming Books closure may have informed this...expect to settle at Kes. 13 range..

@maka you are my friend. Please run, run in any direction, but keep running. The consolidated statement shows the Earning Per Share was only Kshs. 0.10 but its paying a dividend of Kshs. 0.25
