Residential, rent is only 2.88% of the price. It should be at least 4 - 5%, meaning the rent it commands should be in the 250K region. Who would pay that rent for residential in Ksm? Not a good investment in my opinion.

Both the asking price and rent can be talked over, if there is a serious investor.

Wow... who would have thought a house on only 1/4 acre in Kisumu!

I like Milimani but for 50mn???

Worth every shilling in terms of the construction, design and location. Especially if owner is not drawn to grass and trees.

In Kisum siti.......that must surely be paradise, with that money one can do a lot better than what you are offering in the lakeside city!!!!

Would anyone know the rates in Kibos and Milimani, for say 1/2 acre undeveloped?

Not much idea about Kibos, but in Milimani area of Kisumu there is practically no space easy to lay hands on. If available, it would cost anywhere near 5 million for quarter acre and about 8 million for half.
