In real terms, the greatest striker Africa has ever produced is not George Weah but Eusebio who came from Mozambique

If you widen the scope that much then you would have to rope in many stars born of African parents but who opted to play for European teams including;Patrick Vieira,Marcel Desailly, King Zidane ,Benzema,Pogba etc

I really did not widen the scope. Eusebio is mostly African because not only was he born in Mozambique. He actually lived in Mozambique until he was 19 before he left for Portugal.

That makes him even more African than Samuel Etoo. Remember Etoo left Cameroun for Barcelona at age 12 or something. Drogba also left CIV for France before he was a teenager. Eusebio is more African than them. Drogba is mostly French having grown up there.

Some of the guys you mentioned like Zidane have never lived in Africa and probably do not speak any African language. (Zidane's parents are Kabyl/Touareg). Desailly is supposedly Ghanaian yet he dropped his Ghanaian name.

A while back, I mentioned that African teams are no longer producing players with the skill levels they had in the past. African players are being too Europeanized. I found this JJ OKocha clip from the 1990s. I think he was only about 21 at the time. See as he abuses German national team goalkeeper Oliver Kahn

For Oliver Khan, that was molest.
