I didnt name names, just couldn't find a better place to post...... Quote:They say if you can afford to buy a judge why hire a lawyer? Recently one of the Supreme Court judges pocketed Sh70 million to write a judgment in favour of one of the 47 governors. The judge is said to have demonstrated the inducement “rights” after being tasked by the colleagues on the bench to come up with a draft judgment that will be used to determine a case the governor is facing. It is not clear if the loot will be shared among the other “honours”. If these are the much glorified proclamations of judicial reforms, then God help the downtrodden. - See more at: http://www.the-star.co.k...wer#sthash.IhyMFO90.dpufTULIA.........UFUNZWE!

Quote:Nairobi governor Evans Kidero differed with party leader Raila Odinga when he said the mass action planned by the Cord coalition would destabilise the country and scare away investors.
Dr Kidero said he did not support the Cord public rallies either, and appealed to opposition leaders to find another avenue for addressing issues affecting the country.
“We should not be involved in activities that will affect the normal operations of the country,” he said. "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. The problem is you hope when you should fear & fear when you should hope: - Jesse Livermore .

Quote:Dr Kidero confirmed the exit of the two in the county's official social media outlets, stating that they had resigned from their respective positions in the county government. Most of the greenery we see in the city is courtesy of Gakuo. The story is mixed up, mara they were axed for non-performance, mara they resigned..... TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

You see, those days he was boss, operating freely in a less dramatic environment. Kidero is now boss, in a very constrained situation with all the drama that comes with MRats. Things like trees may not be high on his agenda hence Gakuo ends up frustrated. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

Which ukabila Harrydre? In my opinion Kidero is the only one who has managed to balance ethnicity in his appointments. IOUN,I think we should stop viewing everything through the prism of tribalism but here in wazua, some people will commit suicide or renounce their Kenyan citizenship if and when negative ethnicity is stopped. If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

They test your patience, erode your professionalism as you try to get to their level and with time you find yourself lacking in decorum and class. It was wrong for us to allow learned professoonals to be employed by those class 8 graduates. They suffer an inferiority complex(which is complicated by the huge monies they receive) and want to bring chief officers to their level. I really want the referendum but my reason is to sort the Mrats mess. If nothing is done soon...fellow Kenyans we are doomed courtesy our Mashinani leadership aka Hon MCAs.
