i am wondering why you picked the name of my village...

then ask such a question..

what help do you need...

to set up the company.. i.e. incorporate.. or set up operations... or investment options...

You need a name for the company, at least two shareholders, a lawyer to prepare the memo and articles and the forms for registration. Usually takes a week and you have a certificate of incorporation.

beware!!!!!!!!!!! someone needs to convince me that this is not latest pyramid scheme out to con Kenyans. The game has started this year and i suppose numerous companies have come up. Some have registered offices and others are briefcase. No office landlines only GSM and a Box Postal. What i am wondering is where they got my email address because i have received links of websites which look the same. I am of the opinion than con proceedings will be perpetuated online in 2010 thanks to the fibre connectivity.Kenyans beware.

i can refer you to a lawyer who has assisted me in registering two different companies charges 15k n within three weeks everything is done.
