My unanswered questions are;
1.From which direction were they shot at?Did the gunman kill the driver first then walked to the passengers side,opened and killed the second victim,walked to the rear door,opened and killed the two passengers(since there is only one hole in the front windscreen)or how did he manage to shoot all the four guys?
2. Why did the bodyguards board the same car? Would it have been better/commonsense for one of the bodyguards to guard the family in the other car
3.How drunk were all these people?
4.Was it alone gunman who did all these killings? If yes, did all the four people wait to be killed? No one tried to escape
5.Where is the news vendor,I also want to hear his side of the story.
6.considering that this was a very clinical operation,was it carried out by our policemen
7.Why did it take long for the police to respond? Nyayo house which has police presence is a walking/crawling distance while the police station at parliament is not far off.
These death stinks to the high heavens with plotted murder
Let me try and provide answers using what has been reported.
1. the collapsed window is the back passenger one, the car appears to have bullet holes mbele na nyuma.
2. The one under threat is the vip, and unless they employ a chase car, the bodyguards sit in the same car as the one they are protecting.
3. Hiyo tutangoja postmortem, if at all the same will be made public, but it is reported they were coming from a family function.
4. The number of gunmen involved still remains a confusing issue, but the witnesses interviewed claim several and the family also mentioned something to that effect.
5. It is reported the news vendor was being sought by the police, but the other witnesses at the site have told their story of what happened.
6. Our policemen are not involved in such cases, our policemen were killed guarding the vip.
7. the police stations you have mentioned at nyayo and parliament serve specific purposes, i.e guarding those premises and thus it would have been irresponsible of them if they were to leave their positions.
