Is a title deed a piece of paper regardless of how acquired or should it extend to actual right to own a piece of land.

There are two characters here, a villain and a victim, in saying the private developer has title to the land, does he mean he actually owns the land and is a victim?

How did the school grab the land from the developer in the first place, why has the school not grabbed all the other adjacent pieces of land.

Next step now is for the 'grabber' to demand that the govt (ie tax payers) compensate him for forcibly taking over his land. And the demand will be Ksh 1B for the 1.4 acres (i.e current market rate of 700m per acre).
