I need to dispose of a qtr acre piece of land at Kabati.
it's on thika road,less than 1km from the main highway, very close to thika and kenol town.

welll its a nice venture,does it have a title!Considering the superhighway it is a good buy.But first you must view it for details then yu can make a decision.

Two weeks ago he/she was trying to sell a plot at Kabati; now he/she is trying to buy at the same place ans is asking whether it is a good deal...

@eriko; wacha hiyo mchezo! Why not sell the one from Jan and get money to buy this one?

i have got 100 by 100 withinin ruiru municipality on a prime area. this is an agricultural turned multi dwelling locality, and with all the services provided. going for just 1m.
