I support changing the elections date to December as this is the best time to drink the campaigns money!! The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

This would mean akina mathukuma could be facing recurring ghasia again in RV now that the excuse of 'different political groups' will be back Truth be told, UMK is very protective of his people and hence he'd not likely do anything that would jeopardise GEMA diaspora

So according to Mungai, what was the 5th year referenced to?
