Guys go slow.The Speaker has not declared the seat vacant yet.He must still be on government payroll.In kenya moral issues don't arise.

I may be wrong but once you lose a petition,you cease to be an MP and by extension,a cabinet minister.The way it is now,it means Zipapa is the only "cabinet minister" who is not an Mpig....A first i guess.

Zipapa legally remains a minister until the speaker issues writs for him to vacate the Matuga seat or Obako sacks him whichever comes earlier...

Kenya ina wenyewe as Gideon Moi famously said. He must belong to that club otherwise why would one disregard the so called looong arm of the law making it seem veeery short
