The idiot is still riding a government Range Rover sports complete with the entrappings of the state....Surely,in this country,impunity is so entrenched.I might be wrong but in all honesty,what ails this country will not be solved by a new constitution!!

never seen the dude in state moti, ama?always in that kaprado with the flag bt of late with power demands he pulls those old state maks..not sure

@Njunge,if it is against the law i have seen other ministers do the same.Maybe i should put one my means of transport and pass through a roadblock on my way home.
