The idiot is still riding a government Range Rover sports complete with the entrappings of the state....Surely,in this country,impunity is so entrenched.I might be wrong but in all honesty,what ails this country will not be solved by a new constitution!!

I may be wrong but once you lose a petition,you cease to be an MP and by extension,a cabinet minister.The way it is now,it means Zipapa is the only "cabinet minister" who is not an Mpig....A first i guess.
