Clearly another project to syphon money from the treasury, eti not enough water, what were they expecting to fill the dam with? Faith?

I heard the same guy denying (via radio news bulletin) he ever said the project is a whiter than pamba. The Tana river waters are ever in more demand, the Nairobians plan to tap water from the upper catchment for the Nairobi water supply

You cant have a million acres under irrigation just like that.Even masters in Israel did them in small manageable bits.
