I have 2 at Mushrooms and might sell one in the future since we have a case in court (They allocated smaller sizes than agreed so we sued them). This area you cant subdivide less than 1/2.

I also have others at Mugumo if you are interested. It's 3km from Kiambu towards Ruiru. These are 1/4 size each
