People in Brussels apparently will not condone these Greek shenanigans.

So until the Greeks capitulate, we can say they will no longer condone the people in Brussels.

And how long will Brussels condone throwing good money at a bad system?

Not long.

In my opinion, politics has become extremely complex and almost ineffective, especially when most of its wisdom is from a select class of academics and speculators. If we consider how austerity measures have backfired so far, it's hard to see how a sovereign state and people should accept such arbitrary rule.

The Greeks shouldn't even fear an exit from the European economic union, even if such a move takes them back to stone age.

Maybe its a strategy to repel the believers e.g. akina Angela Merkel. And make them stop trying to 'change' him.

Or a consequence of faith and religion selling its soul to the devil.

Greece should not have been in the EU in the first place. The productivity of Germany will always impact Greece negatively. Greece people need to increase their productivity, this ,they can only achieve if they increase their working hours and increase Retirement age up to 67 years. They need to emphasis on their Institutions complying with Basel 3 agreements to avoid a possible financial crisis in the near future.

Yes. Absolutely.

They should work 6 days a week. Going on 2 day weekends when there is so much to do to increase productivity is illogical.
