salam walaykum!
I am a novice here so please welcome me well. Now that is out...phew! I need advice on where to start...i have been following the posts on this forum incognito for a while but I still do not know where to start. I have a small plot kakwota on a serene place(slightly posh) in area 64. I would like to build a residential like the one I saw someone build in kisumu but a 2 bedroom. please advice where to start from? capital iko secured read 7M.
