What makes people gain weight in soft drinks? And who told you the sugar in Regular coke or Fanta is artificial? Check your facts my girl!

We are comparig an apple-for-apple (literally).

Let alone the preservatives and CO2 etal in coke, lets discuss the Sugar.
Please throw away that liter packet of Delmonte in your bag.
Shame on you

I have nothing to throw away. I discovered the health benefits of drinking lots of plain water esp on waking up.

So did you get my point about sugars in a glass of freshly squeezed apply vs a glass of coke?

ION: Be checking your urine after water drinking marathon, a normal healthy human should not produce a clear urine, thats dangerous. Urine from a healthy person should be pale yellow!
Drinking too much water will cause the cells of the body to burst through osmosis and lead you to Makueni.

Question good folks. What exactly does sitsit ups and the roller do to the body? Do they add any value to a guy who is trying to lose weight?

Does exercise help in weight reduction? On average, the answer is 'no'.

Rollers and sit ups, are like bathing with Kanyari's blessed salt seven times a day waiting for a miracle.

i noticed the more you exercise as certain section of the body e.g legs, arms the more they loose their fat and gain muscles.
so i decided to do the same with my tummy. focus more on my abs, on a daily basis and see how that goes.

Muscle begets muscle. ie Muscle tears(by training), and on recovery more muscle is made.

Yes, your abs may form, but there's no guarantee you'll see them, because of the fat cover. Cardio=burn fat.

And if you train for more than hour=cortisol. Cortisol 'eats' muscle. Self defeating.

Also remember muscle (eg abs) is made while sleeping (recovery)

You risk injuring your back.
You need a better, more rounded regimen, otherwise you will end up with stiffened abs hiding under a layer of lard.
