Yeah, noticed that with MSC and TCL as well. Happens also when there's an announcement/event

By da way have you noticed the massive volume traded on the counter early dis week? Could someone be positioning himself for the rally? Probably as soon as any info is out?

They failed to meet the company's minimum threshold.
The company opted for a private placement with their bank for ksh.500mn.
This shows investors have no faith with the company and its plans.
Similar corporate bonds in 2014 have been netting huge oversubscriptions.

If bond money is rejecting them, Not even fit to be a junk bond.
The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

For the company to redeem itself;it will need a deep pocketed suitor who has interest in real interest to buy a majority stake in the firm.

Link: Where is @guru? Investors not interested in a 13.5% bond. Confidence leve must be at negative something...
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

The market is tight even 90 day t-bills are attracting 42% subscription. If this company had chinese contractors maybe the market would consider but their speed of execution e.g. on migaa does not inspire

Bet they regret flooding the market with shares when doing their IPO. If it had been a tight float, a convertible bond issuance would have worked well.
Alas, now at the mercy of vultures (sorry banks)...

I think this company has no continuous flowing income which is very dangerous
