Questions and answers on how to improve my security situation have inevitably led me to the task of how I can improve the security of our country, and in extension, the world. When I say 'world' I also mean Palestinians and Israelis, Northern and Southern Sudanese, and all people you can imagine.

I feel more secure because I know the cause of all this insecurity and I know of measures I can take and should take to counter the threats that have plagued me. And in extension the threats that face us as citizens.

I guess I need to state clearly from the start that I wish not to be the President or cabinet secretary for security. I am most contented by my humble but blessed station in life. That of course, doesn't mean I have no political ambition. On the contrary.

I intend to win your support for a political understanding, and movement, that will count for the present generation's political participation in the quest for the highest ideals of freedom, wealth and happiness.

So I want us to engage and transform words into action peacefully, and effectively.

Security is the perception and actual protection of human experience, institutions from harm, and the experience of unrestrained flourish.

To improve security in kenya, everybody must first have an adress. The government needs to know where each and everyone of us stays

That was my question

Your answer Tycho will never be implemented on earth. That's why we are still searching for "heaven".

This may be true. We also need to know whether this alone is sufficient condition for security. For example government may not always be benevolent. And are there people with addresses who are insecure?

First, we can always improve our conditions to mimic heaven - and this is a prerequisite for genuine political action, and heaven is attainable. A problem here is that we may differ in how we understand 'earth' or 'heaven'.

Again alma, you can't declare my proposed solutions unimplimentable on earth if you don't know them in the first place.

You identified the problem.

What is heaven?

To my wife, its showing off over christmas.

To my gashungwa (I don't have one....yet), its wearing the latest clothes from USA, with a g-string

To jaggernaut, its seeing g-strings bending over

To Atalaku, its having a lot of cassavas in the bonnet.

To land grabbers, its tear gassing all the children in the world.

What is this "heaven". ?

Is it even "secure"

Defining 'security' isn't exactly defining the problem. Even if I have defined the problem does it follow that the solution is automatically inferred?

We can talk about heaven later here it's a diversion.
