Sonko hasn't been heard. Why, why, and he's always vocal. Seems what is being said in PC is true.

Were they invited in the first place? This issue was already being investigated and the "owner" of the plot had been asked by the NLC to present what he thinks shows him as being the rightful owner of the plot because as per the records at the Ministry of Lands, the last record shows a Letter of Allotment granted in 1975. Now this begs the question, was the demonstration necessary since the matter was still being handled? Ama instant justice ndio inafaa.... Why hasn't this shujaa gone to fight for the land grabbed by squarters at KU? Let me grab some instant coffee.

I was disappointed by police response until I watched the clips. Who said a missile thrown by 12 yrs old can't harm the officers. Parents and school adm to blame. Involvement of kids is a big No. Police are humans as well.

Mmmmmm.... Was the demonstration necessary? Perhaps. The grabbed land in Karen is still being developed by the grabbers as the matter is being handled.

Kudos to those kids for having the cojones to face off Impunity

Does NLC know who it is? The City granted the phantom developer the permit to put up the wall, why is the city not mentioning who applied for that permit? If the developer presents his "proof" to NLC then they should make it public. No one is above the law so i expect them to prosecuted.

If Walker can't touch who will touch the grabber boss? Only the kids could stand up to such impunity and be counted!

As to why I was not there. Believe me if I was anywhere near Nairobi I might have been there. In my heyday I participated in my fair share of pro-democracy protests.

And yes, Kenyans will not blindly follow whatever other countries do. But we must learn from the positive and negative experiences of other countries.

Perhaps it will take this important action by primary school students to make Kenyans wake up, and stop being tribal sycophants and say enough is enough with corruption and land grabbing. people will say "If primary school students have enough conviction to fight land grabbing then why am I still a tribal sycophant?"

This is similar to what happened in the Soweto student uprising. Thousands were inspired by the action of the students.

Ni hayo tu

It seems to some, as long as the grabber is from my tribe, then its ok.

If Boniface had the wrong name, we would have heard akina murchr and team talking about some old mzee somewhere "causing anxiety"
