Just continue blaming the kids for protecting their playground from where they were attacked, The children you see today operate at a different level from the one you operated in your days as a child. They watch the news, they are well aware of current affairs and they also know their rights because it is part and parcel of the curriculum. So stand advised that they do not need any external force to cajole or coerce them into picketing, they can do it on their own and the authorities have a responsibility to protect them from attack when they are exercising their rights. The days when a child needed to be dragged into mass action are water under the bridge. Tell me under what laws the Headteacher should be prosecuted for committing a crime for blame to be laid on her......answer this question then you will realize why you flow of thought is unfounded and focuses on the wrong aspects of the events ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

Kysee I don't know where you are from or the values imparted from where you are from. The answer is YESSSSS!!! Have I participated with my kids in demos? YES! Luckily for me, I did it in a country where policemen are wise enough not to throw tear gas at children. But if you are saying that the current policemen are so dangerous that demonstrating means tear gas, then I agree with you. It seems I got proof yesterday. It's not evil to demonstrate and picket. Even Jesus demonstrated. But throwing tear gas at children my friend is EVIL. Blaming the "activist" is ass kissing Forgeting the name of the "private developer" is impunity. What values are we teaching our children ? Are there no laws in our country ? How many of us would let their kids go demolish the wall eti "mali yetu", that is if in the first place we have our kids in public schools. How many teachers and parents did you see pushing the wall ? Now, will that stop the ongoing court case ? I repeat in simple plain,clear,concise,english....Demonstrating is a fundamental right enshrined in the constitution our President one Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta swore to uphold... I, .................. , swear/solemnly affirm that I will truly and diligently serve the people and the Republic of Kenya in the office of the President/ Acting President of the Republic of Kenya; that I will diligently discharge my duties and perform my functions in the Office of President/Acting President of the Republic of Kenya; and I will do justice to all in accordance with this Constitution, as by law established, and the laws of Kenya, without fear, favour, affection or ill-will. Always hoping that someone else will do it for us. There are so many wrongs on this issue. What Boni is doing is not correcting a wrong but escalating the situation. The grabber, the national government inaction, the county gvt inaction, the police teargas, the activists, the headteacher and the children are all wrong; almost in that order. There was most definitely better ways to solve it. You steal my goat, i come over to your place...with my kids, demolish your shed take my goat..get my friends to abuse you and dont care if there are laws to be followed. @ALMA WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF ALL OF US TAKE THE BONI WAY WHEN A WRONG IS COMMITTED You do not understand how advocacy happens? "Advocacy is a political process by an individual or group which aims to influence decisions within political, economic, and social systems and institutions. Advocacy can include many activities that a person or organization undertakes including media campaigns, public speaking, commissioning and publishing research or conducting exit poll or the filing of an amicus brief. Lobbying (often by lobby groups) is a form of advocacy where a direct approach is made to legislators on an issue which plays a significant role in modern politics.[1] Research has started to address how advocacy groups in the U.S.[2] and Canada[3] are using social media to facilitate civic engagement and collective action."wikipedia

The people who were suppossed to resolve the issue long time ago were sleeping on the job while the grabber was intimidating the public by erecting a wall fence. Bravo Boniface, not everyone is asleep.
