The coach of this team should do the following;

1. Sell some aged players. Historically aged players have little or no value to teams (Here: Henry,Beckham Okocha etc comes to perspective)

2. Buy some strikers.(This is critical it gives the team the much needed impetus- Coalitions comes into play here)

3. Place some players as substitutes just in case they are needed after in the second round. (Candidates for substitutes are mainly players who have no clear focus/vision for the team, have been injured before or players who have been entrusted in certain positions in the past and are known not to deliver)

4. Consider having aged players as assistant coaches to provide advise.

I woudn't call Kalonzo Musyoka a spend force regardless of what people say about Mutua as being the new political king of the Akamba. The fact that Mutua divorced his wife, that will make him unsellable to conservative Kamba Christians. The religious leaders in Ukambani are the one who determine political outcomes in ukambani and Kalonzo has them in his pockets. However, his indecisiveness in national matters has made it hard,to market him to non-kambas. What Kalonzo needs to do is to Metamorphosis himself. He shoud avoid off the cuff remarks in Rallies, because that leads him more often than not, to him putting his foot in his mouth. Secondly,he should hire people like, David Ndii,Bitange Ndemo and one Harry Mule to run his campaign machinery and advice him adequately on what policies to adopt. With this team, he has a winning team. Finally,he should seek to market himself to European and American Christian conservative because they have the ability to oil his campaign with cash. He maybe be a weakling but if sarrounds himself with a winning team everything is possible.
