Loodariak 1 and 2 Group ranch ( land between Kisames and Magadi) has had court cases from the 80's, buy and sell at some point kitaumana!

Let no one lie to you to buy land in Oltepesi, however much Nairobi will go, no one would live about 60 kilometers in a bushy and arid area so remote occupied by very stubborn, illiterate, fierce looking, ready to attack maasai people. The Maasai sub group around that area, upto Tinga are very wild and very unwelcoming, so with speculation, am sure that isnt a sweet deal as well
