Yes i have an 1/8th in Rongai Town, on church road 200m from magadi road. it is ideal for flats.
Its a lease out from Kajiado County for 99yrs from 1996.
The land currently has a two (2) storey building, which collects 105,000/- in rent every month. you can choose to keep or do away with the building.
