Wazuas, I have 300 acres of land somewhere around kajiado where an acre of land sells at approx 150k. I need to sub-divide this land for sale into 5 acres. I was thinking if there is any wazuan out there with a sacco or can provide clients, we can team up and enter into a mutual business relationship. I provide the land, you provide clients then we agree on a mutual business model.

Else suggest to me good ideas of liquidating the land. Kindly share ur ideas with me.

The land has a title deed in my name. The land is approximately 50km inward from Kajiado town to the right on a all weather road. My neighbouring parcel was purchased by one of the Nairobi saccos and sold to its members in parcels of 5 acre.
