My condolences to the family. The story so far there is a bit am not following, he went home, the wife discovered he was not breathing then took him to Nairobi hospital then returned him home? From the Star Quote:He later went out in the evening with friends and came back home at his Lower Karen home around 1am, it was then that he complained of chest pain prompting his wife to call an ambulance.

Was he alone? Maybe if he had slept in the bedroom the wife could have noticed something wrong with him and acted in good time to save his life.
