Yet for a first offender he got a custodial sentence.Secondly as a first time offender,there was no report from the probation officer as is required hence the harshness of the sentence,ama how quickly was a Probation Report made?Oh yes... It wasn't made unless they had a God sent premonition that Wadi would plead guilty
Usually we have sentencing adjourned 2 or 3 times ati because the Probation Report is not ready and FYI the State Counsel recommended a non custodial sentence...

It's good that we now have a reformed judiciary under CJ Mutunga that is moving with speed to conclude cases, not having them drag for months or years. We now expect Moi University to equally move with speed and register this jailbird Wadi and also Mikembe Mikembe. It's very sad that our taxes should be used to keep such rotten characters in school. How do you pay/subsidize the education for someone who is openly calling for your killing?
