Why can't cord just cast their vote and if defeated, take jubilee to court if the so called unconstitutional ammendments are implemented. If unconstitutional, these must be null and void why waste our time? We have so many kids outside kindergarten??

Bill finally passed.The president to assent to it any time.Cord to go to court to declare it null and void.
