Now just imagine these Mpigs who go buy a degree at St. Paul's University reading through that document and understanding its implications in 3 hrs. Had the members read this bill before coming into the house? or was it just going to be war between jubilee and Cord members? It is unfortunate that our leaders cannot just reason beyond Tribal nor party affiliations. update president set president = speaker where president is null
