Why are they deleting the clauses I was agreeing with?e.g 44,46, 49 and 51

I agree with amendment 62

Can you post the proposed amendments affecting clause 4,72,75,77

@Swenani, here you go

Thanks Washiku....I guess this shows why its important to let these guys talk about it. I'm sure giving them until Tuesday isn't such an evil thing. After all they will get extra allowances.

Asante tena.

I agree with you. After all, laws are done through consensus. That's why I have been insisting these guys should sit down and talk with each other and give us a law acceptable to the right thinking Kenyans.

If the amendments are there, there's no reason these guys should be fighting or disrupting. They should debate them in parliament.

Thus far, it seems the guys who wrote the first draft should be fired. Nearly the whole thing is deleted, deleted, deleted.

It's so big, there's no way that someone reads through it and compares it with the other one in one night.

I guess I'll be asking for too much to ask for a weekend to go through this.

Thus far, it seems someone was reading wazua. smile

To the sychophants who keep on shouting that we should accept and move on, maybe they should now understand they they are the ones who need to accept that there's a new constitution in place.

Not yet @Swenani

I don't trust an Mpig. Remember these are the same fellows who make 1m a month for drinking at their ka pub.

Pass it after reading it.

I'm sure you have not read it na umesoma. Now just imagine these Mpigs who go buy a degree at St. Paul's University reading through that document and understanding its implications in 3 hrs.

Wait...I still see that section about publishing hanging around there.

Had the members read this bill before coming into the house? or was it just going to be war between jubilee and Cord members? It is unfortunate that our leaders cannot just reason beyond Tribal nor party affiliations.

Educated majuu....You have to switch the pass button because of the sophisticated queen's language and the lengthy statements. Reminds me of "Kwa hayo Machache"

Atleast they are not discussing reduction of my business turnover.. Wacha wapitishe chochote!!! History will be the judge. Not wishing for a bomb attack, but one gets a feeling that corruption is the real enemy and not lack of laws! Remember, the white widow boarded a plane to Europe via our very own borders.. Corruption will bring us down

Then corruption must be all over, coz the white widow has been boarding planes across the world, no?
