the long and short is that the security bill seriously offends the Kenyan constitution, but Jubilee will have their way based on tyranny of modos. meanwhile, Kenyans general dislike of a particular community will be deepened today

These guys will be here until midnight. So the game plan now is to have divisions the whole day for every bill tabled before the house.
