Where are criminals cuffed in the back? The arresting officer must be able to see both hands ALL the time.

And a vet at that, as in "yule daktari wa kupanda ngombe"? Hope he doesn't get drunk one day, and end up putting his whole arm into Yvonne. Why would such a lovely young lady decide to waste her life with such an old animal guy? Kamuti? Ama Yvonne just saw how that guy was "climbing" those cows and immediately fell in love?

Lol but still when cuffing at the back you can still see both hands. I think a criminal is also potentially dangerous when cuffed in the front.

So Alai is in jail coz he posted the contacts of PUBLIC OFFICER No. 1, the president. So what is wrong with that? Jubilee shouldn't take us back to the Kanu days.

Si kwa moviessmile

ION, how comes CORD are not there for this guy? The other guy who had posted hate speech kwa FB was adopted as a political prisoner by CORD. Orengo was all over trying to get him out. Alain has just been left alone?

And why is Uhuru stooping this low? There are some wars that are not worth fighting. He already has too much in his in tray bana...

In the US they are cuffed in the back. I think when your hands are in front you can harm the cop, pick the lock, grab things, run away etc.

Robert Alai charged with "undermining the authority of a public officer"

A colonial law that they took 2 days to figure out.

What does it mean for wazuans?

Next time you post things on wazua against Kabogo, Alfie, the IG, Ole brankets, you could be faced with jail time.
