Is it True
That for those stocks with Final Year Ending 2014 actually close their accounting books on 31/12/2014 and start stock taking? Then why the delay in FY results untill Feb, March, April etc and have another Book closure for the Dividends or bonuses?
Why all the Drama as again the First quarter stand by itself again for 2015?
Or is it Business Creaming?

What do you mean final year ending 2014 or you meant final quarter?

Book closure for corporate actions (dividends, bonuses, rights etc) refers only to closure of shareholder REGISTERS and not financial/accounting books

When the year closes, and as yo say, the company takes stock of all assets and liabilities. They then embark on preparing the final books of accounts. This may take sometimes depending on company's systems, operating procedures and approval processes. The account are then submitted to the external auditor, who have to confirm them. The process may be long is the auditor raises issues. Once the auditors give their opinion, the results are released. Given these processes, it is not practically feasible for any company to release the final accounts in Jan. Even those that release theirs in the month of Feb/Mar are those with superior systems such that by the time they close the year, their financials are more or less ready.

Will the SuperDogs rise to close the year with a bang? How far can KK move up by 31 Dec, 2014. What is the best deal , under 10 or over 10?

Year end closing has no relationship to stock taking. Stock taking is done at any time, to verify physical stocks. Books closure can rely on booked items, which auditors check on a test basis to ascertain correctness. With good verifiable systems you don't have to stock take at year end.

@Gordon, the guy was very close to the answer. Ofcourse annual stock taking is done and is a requirement for proper auditing as there is no approximations and or is done with the help of quarter stocks taking if verified.
