Uchumi, Transcentury, Safaricom and Atlas. Full Stop. Invest in just a few counters, and think long term.

Carbacid is great company. Very profitable. (Unadjusted net margin 59%) BUT not such a great investment. Net asset value per share stands at KES 8. It generates 57 cents of revenue for every KES 1 of assets in the trading segment compared to 66% asset turnover last year.
A premium for its profitability is justifiable but at current price levels I tend to think the price has factored the greatness of the company in full.
