Even where kina @Kiash stays its not mandatory to have the card, but you pay up to 150% if you decide to pay in cash!

Sanity cannot be brought in the roads by card but political will . This is just a scandal to make afew millionares through card commissions Who owns the shadowly 1963 cards?

anything hyped with digital /biometric nonsense is failing here. biometric elections register, digital lands registry and now cashless fare. we have forgotten the old garbage in garbage out line.garbage done manually or digitally remains garbage. without political will we are riding on. dead horse
