@Gold,I highly doubt. All that area that you call plenty around Tamarind Embakasi is people's subdivided 40 x 80s though undeveloped. Maybe huko Katani, or towards ruai through Githunguri.

As for the amusement park, the vanes and funny looking cylinders are parts of wind power generation masts so it must be storage for one of the major wind power projects. And BTW its one of those cylinders that had fallen on Mombasa Road on transit from Mombasa and ended up blocking the highway for hours.
Things will unfold so lets not speculate too much but mtu akipata kitu concrete on the industrial park, please share.
