it is an explosion at a millitary base in the capital!

Correct............It's happened in a military barrack outside Dar........Initially there were fears of a terrorism attack but police have dispelled that.......looks like a munition explosion. Guka wa bijuti... Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.
