I have been with Simba for several years now and it has not dissapointed me, However it gets tricky when am in a country where my Kenyan line doesn't roam or it takes long to deliver a transaction code (TAN)which is always sent to cell phone number. TAN is timed to 2Minutes only b4 it expire.

I bank with both Stanchart and CBA and CBA tops them all, user friendly and the fact that they give you a dongle makes it even more secure, I keep thinking if someone got the password for my stanchart account, they can wipe it clean in a minute. With CBA, the person has to have to have more than my log in details, dongle pin and the dongle itself.

my 2 cents based on experience: i. KCB- Terrible. The bank has to send you a TAN via your phone line to access your acct and another TAN to make a transaction. You have ti receive the TAN within 2 minutes before it expires. Most of the time the TAN does not either come thru or the transactions fails to go thru; ii. Coop. Gives a card kama ile ya KANU for any transaction. Unochomoa and then you check the codes as per online prompts. Looks archaic but works. I use it for Coop to Coop transactions only. Looks like CBA is the way to go and i will try it too.

Whenever you dial that code, you're charged by your service provider.
