Someone with a decorated security background would be my preferred choice.

Eng. Michael Kamau has already got off nicely. He has promised to rationalize KPA, JKIA and rid them of cartels, inefficiency and corruption. KPA boss has been told to either get down to work or face the sack. 7,000 redundant employees may also face the sack.
