2yrs later and someone has forgotten what they promised in their manifesto.

I quote

Quote:
Yet no police service can function unless it has the respect and confidence of the communities it is designed to protect and serve.

The Government's first duty is to keep its citizens safe and secure from harm. Jubilee Manifesto and Promise to Kenyans

Something happened between then and now. It would be good to know what it is.

Many here think that by pressuring the government with decadent ideas like the state owes them their security, they have behaved or even thought responsibly. But such thinking will only yield tyranny and gross human rights violations. Nay, frustration with government will always follow regardless of who's elected.

Pre-political rights can only be safeguarded by pre-political Man working under the 'light of nature', and it's only this light that can guarantee security and freedom. But this is a parable to alma and his friends. A parable they can't understand.

Has our great president lost it? Is he blaming the parents for the fact that their 3 year old was raped?
Why not just go and mind his billions since he has achieved the aim of his presidency which was to secure ICC release?
