There's a chap who made a living on a blog discussing the tribulations of KENCALL, once the leader in Kenya BPO industry (infamous due to IEBC woes).

There is a program called call centre on BBC Knowledge...shows a lot about call centres...but the kind of BPO IBM is doing is different from call IVRs and agents it all boils down to talent acquisition and management
