Given the strength with which it has defended 9.0 with in this bear, a 25-30% won't be bad by may 2015 when books close;11.5-12. If dvdnd more than doubles ;13-15 won't be kanyari. My avg is 9.5 after swallowing some loss from MSC. Disclaimer; I always levy a loss from one stock on other(s) No room for loss Write off.

Who is likely to win this case or its a must win for kk,the only debate is the size of the award??

The case had already been won when the grand mullah awarded kk. I think kpc appealed, and if normal practise prevails, kpc can't introduce new matters at the appeal stage so their appeal is probably on the size of the award.
I suspect their line is that the mullah had cast aspersions on kpc management when he said that there's usually some 10% chicken reserved in public contracts.

I expected the Govt corporations to be guided by set down rules in business economics. If they loose the case they should quickly call it a day and pay. If they win they should expect the same as per our laws. The drag in cases such as these make Kenya loose points in economic survey of doing business in the world.
Other cases of the Centum-Rea, Britam-Cytton, Centum on energy and coal busines in kitui, Tatu city, SGR,etc need urgent attention with less sideshows.

Kenya-kobil year runs from January to December. The 2014 FY results will automatically comeup early next year most probably by February for a smooth running of the firm where investors will get more information on direction of the firm for 2015. We have seen results being delayed for proper audit especially when hedging was the order of the day. Today hedging is not in their books.

I've a feeling these results will be a disappointment

That will indeed break many hearts here so for sanity's sake we pray that your crystal ball is wrong.
Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

If kq shareholders are still hopeful I have no reason to be faint hearted on kk when multinationals continue showing interest to marry it.

Shame on you Shame on you forget it, the results will surprise many. From what i was informed by a senior manager there, the results will come earlier than April next year,
The results will be superb...and Ohano will hint for a major strategic partner multi billion deal to be sealed before the end of 2015.
