The nse is supposed to reject orders which fall below 10% or exceed 10% on counters which have no material announcements because its a waste of time and such orders can't go through if the 10% rule is taken seriously. ...Now how has that 18 printed without material announcement????when do this rules apply and who enforces them????what is the penalty of defaulting???Can someone educate me whether a books close gives a stock the authority to dip below 10%
