Security issues are veeeeery complex and UK, Lenku,IG or whomsoever can't achieve if the Kenyan CITIZENS don't assist. one thing those border somalis know all happenings and are veeeeery un co-operative; during sharing national cake they're kenyans & on attacks they're somalis. The blame lies squarely on the LOCALS. sometimes it's business rivalry.
