the area is growing at an astronomical rate..the kitengela cbd is now about to extend till yukos petrol station...just recently,like a few years ago, the cbd was till Hotel Nomad.

architect i totally agree with you and the other advantage is that the area is more accommodating, i mean there's no any dominating community and the proximity to Nairobi.
