ERC is a joke, price per barrel is sub $80, ERC is now claiming that we will start enjoying low prices in Dec since it takes an average of 55 days to import fuel.When the prices go up, the prices are immediately revised upwards energy price regulation had outlived it's purpose If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Every shilling they fleece you at the pump becomes billions by the end of the month. And at the going price of corruption (10% of gross) they have 100m+ to go around. How many are they? Get my drift? Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
