As you work on the portifolio, first determine the level of risk you can stomach. Come up with objectives and set goals. review the goals from time to time. Based on your risk tolerance, you might consider a port with bonds, real estate etc Life is short. Live passionately.

I am already in real estate...in my own small way...though yet to embark on development of the properties in Msa and Nrb. Bonds...I need to do serious ngumbaru on this subject...and also for now cash flow for all three is a challenge hence stocks and estate, cheers Swts
