I heard that President Uhuru Kenyatta donated a state-of-the-art Posho Mill for a Youth Group in Kibra. I have a request for this group. Should anything ever happen between you and Uhuru, please never burn down the Posho Mill. Its your Posho Mill. A Posho Mill will always be innocent. A posho Mill will never say, "go away you Otieno or Kamau or Wafula, you voted for so and so I wont mill your grains". Should you burn it, there will be no other posho mill to take your grains to.

Kibera appears to be a battleground for now

Quote:

Cord leader Raila Odinga has today conducted an inspection tour of Kibera slums barely a week after President Uhuru Kenyatta visited the same site to inspect the slum upgrade project..........Kidero was to tour the same slum upgrading projects Wednesday afternoon, but cancelled the plans last minute after it emerged that the tour would coincide with Raila’s.................Waiguru who was also to tour with Kidero according to a communique from the governor’s office rescheduled her attendance to Friday.

To keep relevant, to plant seeds of dissent, to pour cold water on pork efforts, to ensure status quo remains and thus get a campaign agenda??? We know the man like the back of the hand ..

I hear Jubilee is doing wonders in this slum which is making some tongues to wag and some faces to turn green with envy.
