Login the ITrader. Open the 'Payment Request' link and fill in the details. Remember to select Cheque / RTGS / EFT and Click confirm.

The system is up and running.I used it yesterday to buy a couple of shares.There is small hitch though:verification of the order.I do not know who is tasked with that;KSL or NSE..All in all the purchase went through and I am relieved of begging KSl staff to update me on my order status,account balance,statement etc..OST is the best thing to happen to KSL!
